RESPONSIBILITIES

As a communicator with us, you have a central role in developing, coordinating and ensuring the quality of our tenant communication. You work close to the operations and independently drive the development of communication throughout the entire housing journey, from identifying needs and opportunities to implementing them in concrete measures and improvements.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operationally close role and who combines a strategic perspective with a strong focus on implementation. You take initiative, drive the work forward and develop smarter, clearer and more proactive ways of communicating. With your pedagogical skills, you can translate complex information into communication that is relevant, easy to understand and adapted to different target groups.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Work with and develop digital tenant information.
• Be a close communication support to the operations in the creation and distribution of tenant information.
• Adapt and ensure the quality of communication based on target group, channel and purpose.
• Identify development needs and take initiative for improvements that strengthen tenant communication over time.
• Be out in the operations to understand needs and translate them into clear and relevant communication.
• Drive the development of digital working methods, AI support and smarter communication solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in communication work, preferably in an operationally close role.
• Has pedagogical skills and can adapt and simplify complex information for different target groups.
• Takes great personal responsibility and has the ability to independently drive development work from idea to implementation.
• Is structured and accustomed to creating working methods, processes and clarity.
• Is service-oriented and has an easy time building trusting relationships and collaborating with others.
• Is curious about development and sees possibilities with AI, digitalization and smarter working methods.

We are looking for someone with relevant education in communication, marketing or equivalent professional experience. You are accustomed to working in digital tools and communication platforms and have a good understanding of how communication, systems and information flows are connected. Experience of web, CRM, property systems or other digital platforms linked to customer communication is meritorious.

You are motivated by turning ideas and needs into concrete action. You take responsibility for driving your work forward and appreciate the opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and communication. Experience of service and customer contact is meritorious.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
