Do you want to work in a varied role where you take significant responsibility and help ensure the operation of buildings in a socially important activity? We are now looking for two maintenance technicians for assignments in Botkyrka.

About the Role

As a maintenance technician, you work broadly with the operation, supervision, and maintenance of buildings. You play a central role, responsible for contact with property managers, tenants, and contractors, while ensuring that the buildings function optimally in daily operations.

You are part of a team consisting of other technicians and building caretakers, where you jointly ensure the delivery of high quality in accordance with assignments and contracts. The role offers a good combination of independent work and collaboration.

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:15
• Friday: 07:00–13:30
• On-call duty may be included every 6–8 weeks.

Responsibilities

In the role of maintenance technician, your tasks will include among others:

• Continuous operation, supervision, and maintenance of buildings
• Monitoring and analysis of alarms as well as optimization in control systems
• Corrective and preventive maintenance
• Identifying and planning maintenance measures
• Participating in operational meetings and maintaining ongoing contact with contractors and clients
• Monitoring and analyzing energy and water consumption
• Contributing improvement proposals to optimize and secure the operation of buildings

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role with high responsibility. You have a good ability to plan your work and are accustomed to making your own decisions in your daily routine.

You are service-oriented, communicative, and comfortable representing the business externally. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good collaboration.

Requirements

• Maintenance technician education or equivalent experience
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings
• Experience working with control systems as well as reading drawings and alarms
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

• Experience with energy optimization and control & regulation
• Experience working in complex buildings (e.g., hospitals, swimming pools, ice rinks)
• Knowledge of SBA, fire alarms, or sprinklers
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, or construction
• Experience with CCTV/camera systems

The position may involve physical work.

You will work as a consultant for us at Adecco and will start with a probationary employment. This is a vacant position that can be applied for after one year for a permanent position with the client. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
