About the role
We want to make buying or selling a car as easy as ordering a grocery box online. Do you want to be part of this journey?
We are now looking for a structured, fast-paced, and proactive Logistics Flow Coordinator to join our team in Upplands Väsby.
At our company, many cars enter and leave every month. For everything to function smoothly, every car must constantly move forward at the right pace. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves structure, has strong follow-up skills, and doesn't let things go until they are resolved.
This is a key role for you who enjoy both systems and real-world tempo. You won't just sit behind a screen following the flow – you will also be out in the operations, following up on-site, addressing issues directly, and ensuring that cars actually keep moving.
About the position
As a Logistics Flow Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that cars do not get stuck in our internal flow. You work closely with logistics, the workshop, and spare parts, and your task is to ensure that every car has a clear next step.
You will work extensively in Airtable, following up on the status of each car, identifying bottlenecks, and driving processes forward so that the right things happen in the right order. However, the role is also very operational. It is not enough to see in the system that something isn't happening – you need to act immediately. If spare parts haven't been ordered, you follow up on that. If parts have arrived but haven't been picked up, you ensure it gets done. If a car is stuck because no decision has been made, you push the matter forward until the car moves.
This is not a passive administrative role. It is a combination of analysis, structure, and hands-on work where you are expected to be quick, sharp, and make things happen in practice.
Your responsibilities
- Daily follow-up of cars in our logistics and workshop flow
- Ensure no cars are left without activity or a clear plan
- Identify stops, bottlenecks, and missed steps in Airtable
- Drive internal teams so that the next step happens quickly
- Follow up on the ordering, delivery, and pickup of spare parts
- Flag cars where decisions need to be made, such as repair, sale, or auction
- Be out in the operations and follow up on things on-site, not just in the system
- Take quick initiatives when something is stuck and get the right people to act immediately
- Work closely with incoming cars, workshop, detailing, photography, and outgoing deliveries
- Contribute to improving structure, pace, and profitability in the entire car flow
Who we think you are
We believe you are quick-witted, structured, and enjoy a busy environment. You like creating order, following up on details, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
At the same time, you are not someone who just observes problems – you act. You are quick on your feet, enjoy moving around in the operations, following up directly with the right people, and creating real momentum. When you see a car standing still, you are not satisfied with just noting it; you do something about it.
We also believe that you:
- Are used to working in systems and are quick to learn new tools
- Have good administrative and analytical skills
- Are meticulous but also fast and pragmatic
- Enjoy a role where you take responsibility and create momentum
- Like having many contact points during a workday
- Are fearless, proactive, and comfortable with pushing others when necessary
- Enjoy a role that involves both desk work and floor work
Experience from the automotive industry, logistics, workshop, planning, coordination, or operations is advantageous, but the right drive, structure, and personality weigh heavily.
