For you with experience within logistics, we are now looking for a new star to join one of our clients. Here, if you like starting your workday early (start at 07:00 in Järfälla, near Barkarby station), you have the chance to combine your competence and experience in logistics with your high service ability.

You will be part of a team with a high ceiling and high competence. Your tasks will include among other things:

• Develop and streamline processes within logistics support.
• Ensure correct deliveries together with production and carriers.
• Investigate and resolve internal and external logistics issues.
• Provide second-line support to sales and administration.
• Act as a consultant in logistics matters within the region.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of system changes.
• Handle deviations, order booking, and cost allocation.

For this role, we are looking for you who have prior experience in logistics and want to combine this with providing high-class service to both colleagues within sales and production, as well as external partners.

In addition to the above, we are looking for you who:

• Have good business acumen and can assess profitability in business.
• Are comfortable with systems and have experience with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Have experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Fluently master Swedish in speech and writing.

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO. The intention is that this will eventually transition into a permanent position with our client, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

• Scope: Full-time, 07:00–16:15 Monday–Thursday and 07:00–15:00 on Fridays.
• Start: Immediately.
• Location: Järfälla.
