Responsibilities

As Quality Manager, you will work with our clients to develop, implement, and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Examples of responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and improve quality strategies and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
• Be responsible for the quality management system and ensure it meets relevant ISO standards and certifications
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, including production, purchasing, and engineering, to ensure a smooth and quality-assured process flow
• Participate in management meetings and contribute quality insights and recommendations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• An academic degree or other equivalent post-secondary education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the aforementioned area. Solid experience and knowledge of working with quality management systems in manufacturing industry with a focus on continuous improvements
• Good knowledge of quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949
• Experience in leading and developing quality teams and implementing change initiatives
• High IT maturity, i.e., proficiency in Office 365, business systems, and other systems relevant to the role
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
