We are now looking for a personal assistant for our female client in Jönköping. If you are a stable, secure, and sensitive person who wants to make a difference in another person's daily life, this might be the right assignment for you.

About the client

The client is a woman in her 40s with an intellectual disability who lives in her own apartment. She enjoys bathing, going on outings, watching movies, playing word games, and using her iPad. She needs round-the-clock assistance, and you will work where she is located. The tasks include personal care, support during meals, help with shopping, and accompanying her to day activities and various outings such as walks. The client has challenging and extroverted behavior.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have a calm, stable, and patient approach due to the client's challenging and extroverted behavior. You are sensitive, proactive, and flexible when daily life needs to be adapted. Experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, be a non-smoker, and not have a chlorine allergy.

What we offer

The position is approximately 70% and you will get a varied and meaningful job where you make a difference every day. We provide a good introduction where you shadow an experienced assistant and offer continuous training. Working hours can be day, evening, weekend, night with waiting time, or 24-hour shifts on weekends. Start date is immediate or as agreed.
