The Care Support Unit is part of the Health and Medical Care Department. The unit supports Region Norrbotten's health and medical care operations in fulfilling their mandates. Together, we possess both breadth and specialized expertise in various areas, and we support each other to facilitate the work of healthcare providers.

We are looking for

Region Norrbotten is facing a comprehensive and long-term transition in care and support for people with comorbidity, in accordance with the proposed Comorbidity Reform and upcoming national guidelines. This transition involves significant changes in working methods, division of responsibilities, collaboration forms, and governance between the region's operations, as well as in collaboration with the county's 14 municipalities and other relevant actors.

We are looking for you who have a relevant higher education or university degree within health and medical care, or another background that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience working with issues within health and medical care and are accustomed to driving projects in complex organizations where multiple perspectives and interests need to collaborate. Experience from addiction care or psychiatric care, as well as experience in change management, is meritorious.

What you will work with

We are now looking for a project manager tasked with coordinating, leading, and driving the implementation of the comorbidity reform at a regional level. It is important that the transition is carried out in a structured, sustainable manner, and in close collaboration with the affected operations and collaboration partners. The assignment concerns a long-term transition over several years, depending on national and regional conditions, and includes environmental scanning, planning, implementation, follow-up, and gradual adjustment of the introduction.

The assignment includes:

  • Leading and coordinating the regional introduction of the comorbidity reform
  • Developing and maintaining an overarching timeline for the introduction
  • Ensuring clear division of responsibilities and common working methods in the region
  • Supporting operations in change management, implementation, and follow-up
  • Ensuring that working methods align with legislation, national guidelines, and agreements
  • Initiating and coordinating sub-projects, working groups, and development efforts
  • Responsible for ongoing follow-up, risk assessment, and reporting to the steering group and project owner
  • Coordinating the region's work with municipal representatives and other external actors
  • Establishing collaboration with civil society, private actors, patient organizations, and other important actors affected by the implementation of the reform

Information about the position

The position is a permanent full-time position, daytime hours.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.

Selection and interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date.
