We are now recruiting a Job Coach within the TSL/RoM framework in Luleå for Curonova.

About the Role

Curonova is now seeking an engaged and driven Job Coach for our office in Luleå to work within the Transition Fund (TSL) and the Swedish Public Employment Service's "Rusta och Matcha" service.

As a Job Coach, you will become an important part of our participants' journey toward the next step in life. You will work both individually and in groups to motivate, guide, and create conditions for people to achieve employment or education.

No two days are alike. One hour you might lead an inspiring workshop, the next you might be in a coaching conversation or meeting a local employer to create new opportunities for our participants.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Coach and guide participants toward employment or studies
• Establish and follow up on individual action plans
• Lead group activities, workshops, and information meetings
• Build and develop relationships with employers and companies in the region
• Match participants with vacant positions and educational programs
• Document and report according to current guidelines
• Collaborate with engaged colleagues locally and nationally

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who combines structure and result-orientation with a genuine interest in people.

You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have an easy way of building trust. You are driven by seeing people develop and thrive in a role where you can take initiative, build networks, and create opportunities.

We see that you have:

• At least 7 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in career transition work
• Relevant post-secondary education of at least 180 credits or equivalent
• Good knowledge of the labor market
• A strong local network is an advantage
• Good digital competence
• Valid driver's license and access to a car
