About the roleThis is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client's company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Finance Assistant, your main responsibilities will be to manage and control the invoice flow related to accounts payable. You will handle incoming supplier invoices through registration, coding, and payment. You are responsible for account reconciliations, accruals, and handling exchange rate differences, as well as working proactively to ensure invoices are approved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will support account reconciliations during monthly closing.
In case of bottlenecks or issues in the flow, you are responsible for troubleshooting, contacting relevant stakeholders, and ensuring problem resolution. You are also responsible for continuous maintenance of supplier information registers, maintaining ongoing contact with suppliers, and ensuring master data is up to date. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing routines and processes within the finance function. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure continuous development and take initiative in the area.
You will become part of the finance function, welcomed into a driven and cohesive team that works in close collaboration and supports each other in daily tasks.
Education, experience, and personal qualities- Documented work experience in accounts payable.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
