Customer Success Manager at Boka Direkt!
Do you want to be part of Sweden's leading app and marketplace for beauty and health bookings? We are now recruiting, in collaboration with Boka Direkt, an engaged and driven person who wants to become an important part of their Customer Success team!
About the role:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will have a central role in the customer journey and serve as a key contact point for the company's customers. You are responsible for guiding both new and existing customers through a smooth onboarding process and creating good conditions for long-term collaboration. In this role, you will have daily contact with customers, primarily via phone. Among other things, you will:
- Support customers in getting started and getting maximum value out of the platform
- Work proactively with upselling and developing existing customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and handle questions on an ongoing basis
- Advise on features and add-on services that can strengthen the customer's business, such as digital payments, automatic reminders, and marketing solutions.
You collaborate closely with both sales and support functions to ensure a smooth and cohesive customer experience, from first contact to an established and long-term partnership.
We are looking for you who:
- Thrives in a role with lots of customer contact and feels comfortable working via phone
- Has previous experience in customer service, sales, Customer Success, or a similar role
- Is business-driven and curious to understand the customer's needs and business
- Has the ability to identify solutions that create value for the customer
- Is meticulous, structured, and takes responsibility for your work
- Adapts easily to new systems and thrives in a digital work environment
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English
It is an advantage if you have experience with B2B customers or an interest in the beauty or health industry.
