Wrknest is looking for a Technical Buyer for a leading player in the industry. The company is part of an international group with subsidiaries worldwide and operates in a sector with significant potential on the global market.

As a Technical Buyer, you will become part of a tight-knit team where you work closely with colleagues in procurement, production, and R&D. You will have overall responsibility for your own supplier base and work with both operational and strategic purchasing. The focus is on ensuring deliveries, managing forecasts, and driving supplier development.

In the role of Technical Buyer, you will have a broad scope of responsibility, handling the procurement of technical components and driving collaboration with global suppliers. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing supplier contacts, forecast handling, and call-offs
• Ensuring delivery precision and handling any claims
• Coordinating technical information and drawing documentation in collaboration with R&D
• Leading price negotiations and developing supplier relationships
• Contributing to the improvement of processes and routines within procurement

• Has 2–5 years of experience in a procurement role within the manufacturing industry or similar
• Has experience working in a business system, preferably Monitor
• Has a good understanding of industrial manufacturing and technical drawings
• Has a strong interest in technology
• Fluently speaks and writes both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in engineering, economics, or supply chain
