About the role:

As a sales associate at Coop, you are a key person in the store's daily rhythm. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and contribute to creating a store where the customer experience is at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy of food, inspiration, and personal attention.

• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

• Working in our delicatessen, where you will handle manual fish, meat, charcuterie, cheese, and production.

Who are you?

You are a team player with energy, engagement, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience from service or retail, but most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience with different cultures are also advantageous.
