Do you want to shape the future energy market by building strong customer relationships and creating business opportunities around flexible energy resources that benefit both the customer and the power system?

We are looking for a Commercial Manager who wants to help us grow by identifying new business opportunities in renewable energy production and energy storage, building long-term customer relationships, and developing our position in the energy and flexibility market. As the energy industry changes and new opportunities arise, we need someone who combines business acumen with an understanding of customer challenges.

In this role, you will have a key position with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both our growth and the development of future energy systems. You will become an important part of a growing company where technology, innovation, and customer value are at the center.

About the role

You will play a central role in building and developing our relationships with customers and partners. The role involves understanding the energy industry, identifying needs early, and spotting business opportunities where our solutions create value. You will be responsible for the entire sales process up to onboarding, where the long-term customer relationship begins.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive proactive sales, build new customer relationships, and participate early in customer dialogues and analysis meetings to capture sales signals.
  • Own and develop the sales pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Be responsible for customer offers and ensure they are profitable and competitive in the market.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions, acting as a consultant in customer dialogues with support from internal expertise.
  • Manage the handover to project managers and ensure a smooth customer onboarding.

This role is suited for someone who is social, trustworthy, and enjoys interacting with people. You are business-driven, have a good numerical sense, and understand how business is built and prioritized in a pipeline.

Who are you?

  • We believe you have approximately 5 years of experience in the energy industry, giving you an established network.
  • You have a good understanding of support services and flexible resources.
  • You have experience in contract negotiations and feel confident driving dialogues with customers.
  • You have an educational background in energy technology or a similar field.
  • You are curious about customer needs and have the ability to pedagogically translate technical solutions into customer benefits and system effects.
  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and are confident representing the company in external contexts.

Good to know

The location is Stockholm. Business travel occurs, and you will spend equal time in the office and out in the field.

The position is a permanent employment with immediate start. We apply a 6-month probation period and are covered by a collective agreement.
