About the role
As a Management and Marketing Assistant, you will be a key person with varied tasks and many contact points. It is a varied job. One day you are responsible for delivering flowers and cake to the unit where the employee of the month works. Another day it may involve sending invitations to board members and managing the company's administration. Together with the Marketing Communicator and the Marketing and Communications Manager, you form our marketing department but also work closely with the CEO and the management group. You become part of our central support team together with twelve other people who together cover areas such as finance, HR, property, quality, and IT.
Together, we contribute to creating a well-functioning organization where both structure and well-being are important parts of everyday life. This also means that we help each other and sometimes work on things that are not always part of our main task. Some of your main tasks will be:
- Organize and participate in various events together with the marketing department
- Contribute to communication work, e.g., intranet, social media, and other marketing work
- Support the CEO, management group, and business managers with administration, meeting bookings, and invitations
- Be the contact person for the board and handle invitations, minutes, meeting bookings, and communication in the board portal
- Be responsible for corporate administration, diary management, and contract administration
- Participate in the company's crisis management as an administrator
- Be responsible for orders to the headquarters

The position is a permanent full-time position located at our headquarters in the Turebergshuset building, which is located near Sollentuna Centrum. Start date is by agreement and a probationary period may apply.
About you
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience working as a management assistant and/or marketing assistant
- At least a high school education
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken
- Good IT skills, especially in the Office package (system familiarity)
Since you will sometimes need to travel to different units, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car when needed.
You enjoy learning new things and feel comfortable taking on new tasks. You find it easy to connect with other people and enjoy building relationships that last over time. You collaborate well with others and contribute to good cooperation both internally and externally. You have good administrative ability and act in a solution-oriented manner when faced with new situations. As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to changed conditions and maintain calm and focus even when the pace is high. You also have a strong customer and service focus and always strive to create value and good experiences for those you meet.
