Do you want to shape the next generation of tech consultants? Do you thrive on seeing people grow while enjoying a fast-paced environment, business focus, and getting things done? Then the role of Consulting Manager at YABS might be the perfect fit for you.

About YABS

YABS is not like other consulting firms. We are young, creative, and driven by community! As a junior unit within Sylog, we combine the security and experience of an established company with the energy and pace of a young organization. At YABS, the individual is at the center, and we believe in the potential of young professionals. YABS is a place where people grow quickly and develop together – both professionally and personally.

About the role

As a Consulting Manager here, you play a key role in building and developing our consulting team. You work closely with your consultants, responsible for coaching, following up, and creating the right conditions for them to develop and thrive. The role also involves overall responsibility for the recruitment process, where you attract, find, and hire future consultants. Additionally, you are a key part of creating engagement, community, and a strong culture through internal conferences and social activities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working both close to business and close to people, a combination that requires drive, structure, and a genuine interest in people.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, mentoring, and continuous follow-up of your consultants.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for consultants, from requirement profiles and sourcing to interviews and hiring.
  • Plan and participate in internal conferences, team activities, and joint events.
  • Contribute to developing our culture and creating an engaging work environment where people thrive and develop.
  • Work proactively on business and growth, matching candidates to customers' needs.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes to get things done.
  • Is social and has a strong interest in people and relationships.
  • Has a technical background.
  • Has leadership qualities and enjoys supporting, motivating, and developing others. Previous management experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
  • Enjoys planning and participating in activities and events.
  • Is self-driven and takes responsibility for planning, prioritizing, and driving your work.
  • Enjoys an environment that is fast, creative, and constantly evolving.

What you get from us:

  • A culture characterized by ambition, joy, and development.
  • The chance to make a real difference in people's careers.
  • A tight-knit community where we support and challenge each other.
  • The security of being part of an established group, combined with great freedom to influence and shape work methods, culture, and your own role.
  • Great benefits and secure insurance.

Does this sound like you? Submit your application and become part of YABS – where we don't just build careers, we build people!
