We are looking for several driven and result-oriented appointment setters who want to be an important part of our real estate brokerage operations.

As an appointment setter, you contact potential property sellers to schedule valuation and sales meetings for our real estate agents. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy making new contacts, building relationships, and are motivated by results.

The work can be performed both from our office and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential property sellers via phone.
• Schedule valuation and sales meetings for real estate agents.
• Build relationships with potential clients.
• Qualify and follow up on leads.

We are looking for someone who

• Is communicative and has an easy way of building trust.
• Is goal-oriented and motivated by achieving results.
• Is self-driven and responsible.
• Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is an advantage but not a requirement.

Requirements

• Own computer.
• Own mobile phone.
• Access to a stable internet connection when working remotely.

Compensation

• 800 SEK per completed booked meeting.
• If the client cancels the meeting, no compensation is paid.
• Bonus of 1,000 SEK for every booked meeting that leads to a sale; this level can be adjusted upwards based on good performance over time.

Expectations

We would like you to book between 10–20 meetings per month.
