We are approximately 350 colleagues within the Child and Education Administration working within four school areas with children and students aged 1-16. We work to ensure that all children and young people have a good environment for learning where they feel safe and are given the opportunity to achieve good results. Description

We are looking for a student assistant for our adapted primary school, Unik. With us, you become an important part of creating fun, safe, and educational days for our students.

Responsibilities

We are looking for you who can stimulate the students' development and learning, as well as offer them a meaningful leisure time. By contributing to teaching that starts from the students' needs, interests, and experiences, and continuously challenges them by inspiring new discoveries, we build a meaningful operation.

As a student assistant in the adapted primary school, you should offer our students a varied working method, different forms of expression, and learning environments that integrate care and learning. As an employee, you work for equality where all students get good conditions to grow and develop in an environment that is accessible, fun, safe, and educational.

You will, together with your colleagues, work in both the school and after-school center activities. This includes, among other things, working with the goals of education and learning processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education relevant to the position or other experience that the employer considers equivalent. Experience of working with children and young people is meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge within pedagogy, special education, and neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD).

As a person, you are engaged, driven, and present, and find it easy to collaborate with both students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a professional approach and the ability to create structure, security, and good conditions for the students' development.

You should be familiar with our policy documents and be able to use them in practice. In your view of the student, you see and believe in the competent child, which is reflected in your attitude in everyday life.
