We are looking for an engaged French teacher at Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola in Karlstad.

We are seeking a French teacher with a 35% employment rate. The working hours are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays. The position is permanent, subject to a 6-month probation period, provided the applicant meets the requirements for eligibility under the Education Act. Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola in Karlstad started its operations in August 2023. As a relatively new school, we have smaller class sizes, which means that as a modern language teacher, you will teach two levels simultaneously.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher, eligible to teach at the upper secondary level in French, and have experience teaching at this level.

You have strong pedagogical skills and can inspire and engage students in their learning based on their different needs, varying your teaching methods accordingly.

We see that you have a commitment to learning and education and are a person who gladly collaborates with other teachers at the school to contribute to the development of both students and the school over time.

As a teacher, you are receptive and wish to guide students towards their future. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and thrive when taking personal responsibility. To thrive with us, you need to be engaged in your profession.
