We are looking for a certified preschool teacher for the autumn term 2026

About You

Are you a trained and experienced preschool teacher who believes in children's inherent competence? Do you want to help develop children's various opportunities for expression and their "hundred languages"? Do you enjoy working outdoors and using natural play materials? Do you wish to develop tools for clear and heartfelt communication? Do you stand firmly against all forms of discrimination and want to work inclusively with norm creativity? Then this is your dream job!

• You have several years of experience working in preschools.
• Experience in pedagogical planning, documentation, and follow-up of children's development and learning.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness.
• You are comfortable using computers (Word suite, internet, Google Drive, etc.).
• Experience with NVC (Nonviolent Communication), meditation, yoga, dance, drama, Reggio Emilia, outdoor pedagogy, or Waldorf pedagogy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play, create, and experiment with the children!
• Pedagogical planning.
• Participate in staff meetings once a week.
• Develop pedagogical and didactic materials.
• Reflect on and document teaching situations.
• Document children's development and learning.
• Conduct development conferences.
• Prepare for and conduct orientation/introduction periods for new children.
