Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for a 13-year-old boy with autism, ADHD, and general speech disorders. The assignment involves 8 hours per month, distributed over 2–3 sessions, typically on weekday afternoons or weekends. A valid driver's license is required. During the companionship, you will engage in activities such as playing basketball, going to the cinema, having coffee, and walking. The boy has dogs and cats at home. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with this target group is an advantage. The companionship involves finding various activities outside the home together with the boy. Companion services are intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Terms

The hourly wage (including shift allowance) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's register of convictions.
