Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a companion for a 21-year-old young man with an intellectual disability and autism. The assignment involves 14 hours per month, distributed across 3–4 sessions held on weekday afternoons or weekends. During these sessions, you will play instruments, have coffee, and go for walks. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is an advantage. As a companion, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including weekend supplements) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and extracts from the Police's criminal record register.
