Job Description

We are currently looking for a male companion for a 19-year-old young man with autism and OCD. The assignment involves 10 hours per month, distributed over 4-5 sessions performed during the day on weekends. During the companionship, you will walk, play games, and eat at restaurants, among other activities. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, sensitive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is advantageous. Companionship involves finding various activities outside the home together with the user. Companion services aim to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Terms

The hourly wage (including weekend supplements) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and extracts from the Police's criminal record register.
