We are now looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and active 19-year-old girl. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of her daily life. The workplace is wherever she is: at her foster home in Orminge, at school in Fruängen, and during activities in Stockholm. You will serve as her support in all aspects of daily life. You will assist with transfers (I use several aids), personal hygiene, meals, and communication. You enable activities both at home and outside the home. You create structure, security, and a meaningful daily routine. As a personal assistant, you contribute to her participation, independence, and quality of life.

We are looking for a woman aged approximately 20-45 who is responsible and reliable. We also value that you are an empathetic and flexible person, and that warm and personal treatment is second nature to you. Previous experience as a personal assistant is meritorious but not a requirement. What we see as absolutely most important is who you are as a person, your commitment to the role, and the onboarding will be adapted to who you are.

Scope & Working Hours:

• Hourly employment with scheduled shifts (possibility of permanent position exists).
• Work shifts are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and every other weekend, as well as extra shifts and call-ins at varying times.
• Opportunity for night shifts with sleeping on-call duty.
• Long-term commitment is prioritized – we want you to thrive and stay, and that is important to us.
• Start date as soon as possible.
