STIL is looking for a mature woman with life experience and extensive experience with small children, on behalf of one of our employers. You are a person with a sense of humor who still has a childlike spirit. We believe you are physically active and enjoy being outdoors. You should be tidy, structured, and have great patience. Due to the nature of the work, we are only seeking female assistants.

In your role, you will help with everything that occurs in a home, such as assistance with personal hygiene, clothing, cooking, etc. We assume you can cook, as you will be preparing dinner during your shift. You will eat meals together with the employer (educational meal), which assumes that you have no dietary restrictions or food allergies.

You must be a non-smoker, hold a valid driver's license, and have access to a car. Unfortunately, public transport is not an option for this client, so this fits the schedule. You will also be driving the employer's car during work hours.

There is a fur allergy in the family, so ideally, you should not have pets with fur in your own home.

You will work 1 day/week (part-time). The day shifts are scheduled from 09:00 to 09:00 the next day, with night on-call duties. We are currently looking for three assistants who can work either on Fridays, Saturdays, or every other Sunday. Please specify in your application which day would suit you best.

The employer seeking staff is an energetic 50-year-old woman with a great sense of humor. She has autism and an intellectual disability. Her interests include being in nature, taking walks, crafting, and going on outings to specific and familiar destinations. In your job, you will be physically active.

Communication is very important; you must understand and speak Swedish fluently. Our employer has reduced hearing and sometimes speaks unclearly. Knowledge of sign language is a plus.

Personal suitability, attitude, and chemistry are more important than previous experience as a personal assistant. You will be offered paid introduction, training, and wellness benefits. Collective agreement Kommunal-Fremia.

Employment type: Initially a fixed-term employment until we are sure we are a good fit. After that, you will receive a permanent position.
