Job Description

We are currently looking for a fitness-oriented escort/companion for an 18-year-old boy with autism. The assignment involves 12 hours per month, primarily performed on weekday afternoons. During the accompaniment, you will train together at the gym. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is structured, attentive, pedagogical, and has a burning interest in people and emotional care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is advantageous. During accompaniment, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the user. Escort services are intended to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life.

Employment Conditions

The hourly wage (including overtime pay) varies between 180–210 SEK on weekends, 150–180 SEK on weekday evenings, and 130–160 SEK on weekdays (daytime), depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and extracts from the Police's criminal record.
