RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in the evening organization of home care, you will receive an stimulating and varied assignment where you, together with a colleague, are responsible for the municipality's home care during evening hours from Monday to Thursday. The work involves close encounters primarily with elderly, multi-sick patients, but also with people with disabilities and others in need of medical interventions. It is a role where you truly get to use your competence, and where your professional assessment makes a concrete difference for the patients' security and well-being.

With us, you will have a daily life characterized by flexibility and significant personal responsibility. You plan and prioritize your interventions based on the patients' needs and situations, while always having the support of a close and helpful work group. The colleagues within the unit are gathered together and meet daily, creating a secure and collaborative environment where people help each other and share experiences.

We work with modern digital methods that facilitate your assignment. You document directly in the field via Treserva and use medication dispensers, PNA (Prescription Notification Application), and digital signature lists to create efficient and quality-assured workflows. This allows you to spend more time with patients and less on administration.

The role includes medical assessments, planned interventions, and consultative support to nursing staff. You also play an important role in collaboration with primary care and the region, contributing to creating a cohesive and secure care chain for patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and who preferably have experience of municipal home care, dementia, diabetes, psychiatry, and palliative care. If you have also worked with Treserva, we see this as a valuable merit.

To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in your medical assessments and able to work independently, while also having a natural ability to build good relationships and meet both patients and colleagues with sensitivity and professionalism. You are accustomed to collaborating closely with other professions and appreciate a working style where dialogue and shared responsibility are central.

We are also looking for a person who is development-oriented and curious about new ways of working.

The position requires good computer skills, very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as a Class B driver's license.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, as the role involves both responsibility, independence, and close collaboration with many different actors.

An extract from the police criminal record is required for the position.
