Welcome to Mobilia Health Centre.

We are looking for a registered nurse. You are a confident person who remains calm and focused regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and possess strong collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues at the unit and in a cross-professional team. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.

It is an advantage if you take initiative in your work and are comfortable making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively. Your duties at the health centre cover a broad field, including general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and therapeutic capacity in primary care, both via telephone, physically at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, meaning you must be able to make your own assessments and decisions. At our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you, as a nurse, evaluate patients together with the doctor and other professionals.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a willingness to help others. We also believe that you thrive in team environments and that collaborating with colleagues and other contacts is second nature to you. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener during both digital meetings and clinic visits. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and operational development.

Mobilia Health Centre is an established clinic with stable staffing. We utilize each other's competencies to support one another in our work and to provide patients with good care. Currently, we have approximately 8,000 registered patients.
