We welcome a nurse who wants to become part of our fantastic team!

With us, you are not just looking for a job as a nurse. You are looking for a workplace where your competence, commitment, and ideas have room to make a real difference.

We are now looking for a registered nurse for a permanent position at Victoria Care and Residential Home. For those with experience, interest, and a desire to develop, there is an opportunity to combine clinical work with an expanded role in coordination, supervision, and quality development.

We believe in developing people. Therefore, we offer not just a job – we offer the opportunity to grow together with us.

Where you will work

Victoria Care and Residential Home is a modern special care facility in Limhamn with 60 apartments distributed across six wards for people with dementia who require care. Located near the Limhamn limestone quarry, we offer a safe and nature-friendly environment where quality of life, participation, and respect are at the center.

We work according to a person-centered approach and with the "Living Life" concept, where every individual is given the opportunity to live their life on their own terms – regardless of illness and/or disability. We are proud of our multidisciplinary team where nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, geriatric educators, group leaders, and managers work closely together. We believe in a person-centered way of working where each profession contributes with its competence and where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life.

Who are you?

As a nurse with us, you have a central role in the operations. You are responsible for medical assessments, care planning, medication management, documentation, and collaboration with residents, relatives, doctors, and other professions.

You lead and supervise the nursing staff in daily care work and contribute to ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. You play a key role in ensuring safe and professional care for our residents together with your nursing colleagues. The role also includes documentation, care planning, and handover reports, as well as planning and prioritizing interventions together with colleagues, doctors, and management.

We are looking for you who want to be active in and become part of the development and quality work of the operations as a natural part of the nursing profession.
