We are looking for an independent and detail-oriented administrator with a focus on invoicing and payroll administration. We are seeking someone who enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of the business behind the scenes. This is a position with flexible working hours, and some customer contact may be required when questions arise.
About the Role
You will join a cheerful and cohesive team. We have an equal number of women and men, we treat each other equally, enjoy working together, and have fun at work. Our customers are located from northern Stockholm to Norrtälje. We are looking for you with relevant professional experience living in the Norrtälje area. You should be detail-oriented, efficient, appreciate order, be pleasant, and speak Swedish fluently. This role is also suitable for seniors looking for a moderate workload. We are open to hourly employment or consultancy engagements if you run your own company.
Our services include all types of cleaning for homes, businesses, and housing associations. We clean windows at all heights. We perform all types of moving services, gardening, and outdoor environment services, as well as some construction and handyman services.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to relieve our Operations Manager by taking over administrative tasks, such as invoicing and payroll administration.
We are covered by collective agreements via Almega – Hemserviceföretagen, which means we offer contract-compliant terms.

Scandinavia Contractor AB markets itself under the brand name Rutstäd. We offer premium services and are perceived as flexible because we stand by our customers, especially in urgent situations. We are expanding in a controlled manner by approximately 5–10% per year and currently have about 30 employees. We are covered by collective agreements via Almega – Hemserviceföretagen.
