Customer Service Representative at WePack AB in Malmö

WePack AB is currently looking for a new Customer Service Representative for our office in Malmö. In this role, you will work for one of the largest companies in Europe within the smart accessories sector. You will handle calls and emails from customers with questions regarding delivery times, complaints, and general product inquiries.

Main responsibilities and what we are looking for:
Customer Service via Phone and Email
You will answer customer questions via phone and email. Our customers are primarily located in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, but also across the rest of Europe.
Communication is primarily conducted in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other European languages, such as Danish, Finnish, or German, is an advantage but not a requirement.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
You identify the customer's problem and guide them to a solution in a clear and pedagogical manner.
Previous experience in troubleshooting is not a requirement. We will teach you how our products and systems work. However, it is important that you enjoy analyzing problems and figuring out what actually went wrong – for example, being able to spot when a customer has ordered the wrong model and helping them find the correct one.
Administrative Tasks and Warehouse Work
Processing refunds.
Picking and packing exchanges, as well as lighter warehouse duties.
Our expectations of you:
- Positive, patient, and service-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A flexible team player who can also work independently.
- Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Enjoy delivering service over the phone and email.
- Flexible regarding warehouse tasks, such as packing and shipping orders, as well as restocking products.
We expect you to have good computer skills and be comfortable working with various programs and systems. The role involves daily work with computer-based tools, which requires a basic understanding of how computers and software function.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Previous e-commerce experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Fluent communication in spoken and written Finnish, German, and/or Dutch is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Your profile:
We prefer that you have a completed high school diploma, and it is an advantage if you have worked in customer service previously. Since this role involves both talking on the phone with and answering emails from customers, we prefer that you are patient, stress-resistant, and communicative. To perform this job, you must also be service-oriented, positive, and have strong computer skills. You must also be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
