About the Role of Technical Inside Sales
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative at Sonepar Division Infra, you will become part of a competent and engaged team where you play a central role in the sales chain. You are responsible for handling incoming inquiries from Sonepar's customers via phone, email, and the company website regarding products and solutions within local networks, transmission, exterior lighting, telecom, and other infrastructure. Joint visits with outside sales representatives may also occur in this role. You will work with large energy companies in Sweden as well as smaller local companies and contractors. The group currently consists of 20 technical inside sales representatives with geographical distribution across the country. At Sonepar, you will gain a large network consisting of both customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Your main responsibilities:
- Optimize quotes and handle purchasing and delivery planning within local network/infrastructure projects.
- Contribute technical expertise and advice, both internally and externally.
- Close collaboration with their customer-focused outside sales representatives and Key Account Managers, as well as their suppliers, where travel may be involved.
About You
We are looking for you who have at least a high school education and practical experience with power grids, preferably within local networks and power distribution with voltage up to 24 kV as an installer, distribution electrician, salesperson, and/or preparer. You possess good computer and system skills and are fluent in Swedish with good knowledge of English. Previous sales experience is meritorious.

Important for the role are:
- Good experience within local networks with voltage up to 24 kV.
- High school education and practical experience from the power grid industry, or alternatively education or experience we consider equivalent.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
- Good computer and system skills.
Meritorious for the role are:
- Experience in technical sales.
