Are you looking for a fun and educational part-time or summer job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Malmö! We are currently looking for you who want to work in our café during the summer.

As a store employee in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, welcoming, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues at a fast pace – your workdays are varied and full of energy.

In addition to café duties, you will participate in the daily operations of the store. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extension after the summer.

About you

The customer's time is valuable, and as a Biltema employee, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take action, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience from retail, preferably in customer service, cash handling, and claims management, is meritorious. Since café work is included in all positions, we value experience from the restaurant industry. To get started quickly in the role, we would appreciate a burning interest in our assortment and product areas or café operations.
