Customer Service Representative – Malmö (100% Office)
via Barona, immediate start
Do you want a role where you quickly gain responsibility, develop at a rapid pace, and help influence how a team works – rather than just following routines? At Barona, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in the environmental and recycling industry. You will join a rapidly growing company with a high tempo, short decision-making paths, and ample room for initiative. This is not a traditional customer service role where you simply process cases – here, you are expected to understand the workflow, make decisions, and contribute to improvements.
About the Role
You will become a central part of the operations where customer contact, logistics, and problem-solving intersect. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, playing a key role in ensuring smooth workflows.
Your main responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Register and follow up on cases and orders in the system
- Solve problems and find solutions at a fast pace
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and other functions
- Contribute to structure, improvement, and more efficient working methods
The role initially involves handling incoming inquiries, but over time there is an opportunity to work more proactively, for example by following up with customers and contributing to the business.
The team is in a setup phase, which means you will have the opportunity to help establish structure, working methods, and contribute to how the function develops.
During your introduction, colleagues will be in place to support your training; you will not be alone in this role.

Background
- Experience in service, administration, or customer contact is an advantage
- You can be at the beginning of your career – the right attitude weighs heavier than experience
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English
- Good computer skills (experience with Microsoft-based systems is an advantage)
