We are now looking for a PURCHASING COORDINATOR/COST CALCULATOR.

In the role of Purchaser and Cost Calculator, we are looking for a careful and interested colleague.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that calculations have correct pricing and overhead cost calculations.
• Create calculations based on our standard format list and inputs from sales and production.
• Maintain the calculation system and standard format list, updating materials, formats, etc.
• Provide support in purchasing processes.
• Other responsibilities include invoice control, inventory, supplier contacts, and negotiations.

Your profile:

• To succeed in the role, you are structured and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions when necessary.
• As a Purchasing Coordinator/Cost Calculator, you work trust-building both internally and externally.
• You are structured, meticulous, and have the ability to see things from different perspectives – business-minded, driven, and capable of seeing opportunities.
• You are a good administrator, comfortable with registry maintenance and used to working independently.
• The job suits you if you are communicative and have an analytical mindset.
• You have an education at least at the upper secondary level and a few years of work experience. Experience in purchasing within the graphic industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
