As a Live Agent, you work with support related to Fortnox's financial services, such as invoicing services, invoice purchasing, and collection services. You are a key contact point for both companies using Fortnox services and their customers, meaning you handle cases of varying complexity.

You handle incoming cases via phone, chat, and email, with the phone being a central part of the role. The position involves guiding customers, answering questions regarding invoices and payments, and handling cases in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

The work is performed against set goals, both at the individual and team level, and you will become part of a team that collaborates closely with functions such as finance, credit, AML, and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Answer questions related to invoices, payments, and financial services
• Investigate and follow up on cases in internal systems
• Ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Contribute to improving processes and the customer experience

This is a direct recruitment, meaning StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Fortnox. The position is full-time with a start date of August 17th, and working hours are during standard office hours. The location is central Malmö.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have experience in service and thrive in a role with daily customer contact. You are confident in your communication and can adapt your approach to different situations. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and are accustomed to handling a high pace with multiple cases in parallel. You express yourself well verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Additionally, a basic understanding of economics or accounting is considered a merit.

As a person, you are responsible, team-oriented, and have a clear customer focus. You thrive in a role with recurring tasks and a high volume of incoming cases.
