Motorsweden, part of North European Trust AB, is now looking for a person to work in a combined role as both a retail salesperson and inside sales representative at their store in Åstorp. The distribution between working in the store and inside sales is based on need and may vary over time.

In this role, you will become part of a sales team. When working in the store, you will largely work independently. The main responsibilities are:

Retail Salesperson:

• Receive customers in-store as well as via email and phone.
• Handle incoming leads and follow up on the sales process.
• Create a pleasant and well-organized store environment.
• Drive sales towards set goals and budget.
• Handle returns.

Inside Sales Representative:

• Assist customers with questions about vehicles via phone and email.
• Register orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Provide product guidance, guiding customers to the right choice based on their specific needs.
• Provide technical and administrative support, helping to answer vehicle technical questions and support in purchase and sales processes.

You will have great freedom to organize your work yourself.

Since this is a combined role, it is important that you thrive in a varied role, are flexible, and ready to help where needed. In the role, you are expected to be independent, structured, and solution-oriented. Since both parts of the role involve sales, it is important that you work result-oriented and purposefully for the benefit of the business. You work time-efficiently with your tasks and are driven by finding the optimal solution for all customers. The role requires you to be communicative and skilled at dealing with people, as you have many contact points where you need to build relationships and trust. You are responsible and used to working structured. An advantage is also if you are interested in motor vehicles and are handy.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales.
• Ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales within vehicles, tools, machinery, or similar products.
• If you speak more languages besides Swedish and English.

Working hours: Monday - Wednesday + Fridays 08:00-16:30, Thursdays 10:00-18:00, and every other weekend 10:00-14:00.

Employment type: Permanent full-time position with a standard six-month probation period.

Start date: Immediately.
