Your Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice regarding prices, availability, and product solutions.
• Negotiate prices and follow up on price agreements.
• Prepare quotations and handle incoming orders with high quality and service.
• Work actively to develop the business and secure more follow-up orders.
• Ensure that customer and business data is always up to date.

We believe you have

• Experience in Inside Sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• A professional and confident manner of communicating via phone and email.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Finnish or Estonian is an asset.
• Good numerical understanding and a structured approach to work.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.
