Responsibilities
In the role of Internal Auditor, you work closely with operations to ensure that processes and routines are followed and that internal guidelines, legal requirements, and permits are met. You play a key role in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to a more efficient and quality-assured operation. You lead your audits independently, from planning to execution, analysis, and follow-up, translating your insights into clear recommendations for the business. The role involves many internal contacts, both nationally as well as with colleagues in other countries and at the headquarters in Germany, and you report to the EQS Manager. The position involves travel equivalent to approximately 50% of working time. The preferred location is Ängelholm or Malmö, but flexibility exists for the right person.
- Plan and conduct internal audits in operational activities.
- Analyze, compile, and present audit results with accompanying recommendations.
- Identify risks and areas for improvement, and drive the development of processes and working methods.
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Requirements:
- University degree in fields such as economics, environment, or logistics.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
Merits:
- Experience in internal audit, controlling, or investigative work.
- Experience from operational activities or process work.

You are meticulous in your analyses and have the ability to understand the business's processes in a concrete way. You inspire trust in dialogue with others and have an easy time communicating your observations in a clear and balanced manner. Furthermore, you are curious and interested in understanding how businesses function, while being flexible when conditions change.
