We are an established clinic with satisfied patients and a stable staff group. We operate in a multicultural society and have approximately 8,700 registered patients. We focus heavily on continuity and ensuring our patients have a designated general practitioner. We offer our patients various specialist clinics, including Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, Hypertension, Dermatology, and Infectious Diseases, as well as health consultations for newly arrived immigrants led by nurses. There is now an opportunity to work in a stable and well-functioning home care service with approximately 70 registered patients and become part of a wonderful team consisting of nurses, assistant nurses, and doctors who are specialists in general medicine. The work is very free, developing, and varied.

Tasks:
Work in home care with standard nursing tasks at the health centre, and as needed, work at the clinic or in telephone advisory services.
Employment type:
Permanent position, full-time 100%. Start date by agreement. Probationary period may apply.
Qualifications:
Licensed nurse or licensed nurse with further education as a district nurse with prescribing rights. Experience in primary care and home care is desirable. It is desirable if you are familiar with the medical record system Take Care.

In addition to having good medical knowledge, we also look for someone who is confident in their professional role, preferably with some experience. You have good judgment and a holistic view; you are interested and curious about people with different cultural backgrounds, as our population comes from all corners of the world. You thrive working independently, flexibly, and creatively in collaboration with other professions in the team. Good cooperation is one of your strong suits.

The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
In patient-facing work within Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- Requires, in addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
