About Us

Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned business established in 2002. The company was founded by sisters Maria Irebro and Marie-Louise Bergqvist. Today, we have approximately 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has agreements with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

Our goal is for all our customers to feel satisfied and secure with our care. By collaborating with healthcare staff, district nurses, and Advanced Home Healthcare (ASiH), we can develop and tailor care and support to individual needs.

We are now looking for several people who speak Spanish and Swedish who want to join us in our work!

Qualifications

• Experience in service professions
• Good knowledge of Swedish and Spanish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in nursing/care
• Good physical fitness, as the work involves a lot of walking and lifting heavy objects
• A certificate from the Swedish Police Authority showing no criminal record (police check) is required before an employment offer is made. Job Responsibilities

Working in home care means you work independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing care work in customers' homes, such as:

• Personal care (help with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).
• Services (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).
• Accompaniment (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will perform thorough documentation and time registration in a mobile application, and you travel between customers on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Customer visits take place between 07:00–22:00, year-round. We appreciate flexibility and the ability to work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.

We prefer that you can work between 70–100% and do not have other employment.
