About Us

At Basal Home Care, we typically work on behalf of primary care centers or general practitioner clinics when they are closed – evenings, nights, and weekends. Our teams operate from five geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris Basal Home Care is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes ASIH, two specialized palliative care wards, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

The Role

In the role of nursing assistant, you are delegated tasks by a registered nurse. Your duties include, but are not limited to, medication administration, insulin, catheter care, stoma care, inhalation, and minor wound care. We document in the TakeCare medical record system and use Epsilon as a work tool to plan shifts. With us, you always have an administrative team to help plan and structure your work. Together, we strive to create safe and high-quality care for our patients.

You will be based at our office on Turebergsvägen 5 in Sollentuna. Patients are located within a defined geographical area. To travel between patient visits, you will use our environmentally certified cars. Our working hours are scheduled for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and holds a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Has previous experience with delegated tasks

• Is computer literate and has experience with the Take Care medical record system

• Has a valid B-driver's license

• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in home care is highly meritorious. We see that you are independent and responsible, with a good ability to handle changing situations calmly and with focus. At the same time, you work in a structured and methodical manner, even at a high pace. For us, it is also important that you keep the patient in focus.

Employment Terms

Employment type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period

Scope: approx. 70%

Start date: According to agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting
