At the Oncology Department's ward at Södersjukhuset, we offer meaningful and developmental work where you can utilize your full competence in advanced nursing care. We are now looking for you who are a registered nurse and wish to work night shifts together with engaged colleagues in an operation characterized by knowledge, collaboration, and care.

Job Description

The Oncology Clinic at Södersjukhuset includes a ward, clinics, medical treatment, a clinical research unit, and radiation therapy. Here, patients with cancer diseases are treated, including breast, bowel, and urinary tract cancers.

The ward has 12 beds and also includes an acute assessment unit for patients with acute symptoms related to cancer disease or treatment.

As a night nurse, you work together with a nursing colleague, characterized by close collaboration, independent clinical assessments, and advanced nursing care with a focus on person-centered care and symptom relief.

Here, you become part of an engaged team where we support each other and work together to develop both care and operations.

Qualifications

Competency Requirements

• Registered Nurse.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, corresponding to level C1.

It is meritorious if you have

• At least two years of clinical experience as a nurse.
• Experience in oncological and/or palliative care.
• Specialist education in oncological care, palliative care, or other relevant specialist education.
