About the Role

As a Disaster Medical Readiness Coordinator (BSO) at Tiohundra, you will belong to the company's central security and readiness organization but will work very closely with the operations at Norrtälje Hospital. Work towards other operations will also occur. You will also have close collaboration with other readiness coordinators within Region Stockholm. The position involves working Monday to Friday with the possibility of some remote work.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Initiate and coordinate Tiohundra's crisis and disaster medical planning with a focus on Norrtälje Hospital
• Initiate and coordinate educational activities
• Participate in the planning of exercises, such as games, startup exercises, command exercises, or exercises with injury markers
• Coordinate the company's disaster medical committee
• Participate in the company's crisis management and readiness committee
• Participate in further education days, exercises, and development work
• Participate in quality meetings and be responsible for follow-up and documentation of agreed quality indicators
• Participate in Region Stockholm's forum for healthcare readiness
• Participate in the planning of regional exercises
• Collaborate with the company's other readiness coordinators
• Participate in evaluation after special events

About You

For this role/position, you need:

• To be a registered nurse
• Have at least two years of experience in emergency care
• Experience in planning and conducting training and exercises
• Education in disaster medicine
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Very good computer and system proficiency

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Specialist education in a relevant field
• Experience working as a disaster medical readiness coordinator
• Experience working with continuity management
• Experience working with crisis management

Good collaboration skills and a driving engagement are seen as a matter of course.
