DocCura Primary Care Centre is a newly established clinic that has quickly become a appreciated alternative for patients in the expanding municipality of Järfälla as well as neighboring municipalities.

With the patient clearly in focus, good accessibility, and high medical quality, we have built trust in a short time. We are now in a continued phase of development and are looking for you, a specialist physician, who wants to help shape a modern, engaged, and long-term sustainable primary care.

We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine, with experience from primary care and a strong commitment to patient-centered work.

DocCura Primary Care Centre is a newly established clinic in a growing area in Järfälla municipality, operating on behalf of Region Stockholm. Our goal is to offer the best care and accessibility for patients. About the position

As a specialist in general medicine, you will have a key role in the clinical operations and contribute to long-term quality work in the development of the primary care centre.

Examples of tasks:

• Reception work for patients of all ages
• Assessment, treatment, and follow-up of patients with acute and chronic conditions
• Mentoring of ST-doctors (residents) and other professional categories
• Active participation in teamwork and operational development
• Work with quality monitoring, improvement work, and evidence-based care

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine
• Have experience from primary care in Sweden
• Thrive in a developmental and change-ready environment
• Are confident in your professional role and value collaboration highly
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are experienced in working in medical record systems such as TakeCare or similar
