Are you a registered nurse interested in meaningful work at our psychosis clinic in Gröndal? We are currently looking for a nurse with knowledge and experience working with psychosis patients who can work on an extra basis with us.

Working as a nurse at the psychosis clinic

As a nurse, you become part of our interdisciplinary team consisting of nurses, psychiatrists, care assistants, case managers, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists. Each member contributes their unique competence to the team. We place great emphasis on evidence-based treatment. Your responsibilities include administering medication, following up on medication treatment, monitoring well-being and health, conducting annual check-ups, and coordinating interventions for patients.

Medication management is a key part of the job. Our medication clinic is open three days a week and is staffed by a nurse. Medication administration can also take place at the patient's home or residence. Home visits are always made together with a colleague.

Your main responsibilities

  • Administration of medication
  • Follow-up of medication treatment
  • Psychiatric assessments and follow-up
  • Documentation in TakeCare

Your new workplace

Our clinic is a psychiatric outpatient clinic for patients with psychosis, including investigations of new-onset psychosis. We also have a neuropsychiatric team and receive patients with diagnosed autism and low functioning levels.

At our clinic, patients and employees are met with respectful treatment, good structure, and a secure working climate. The workplace is beautifully located in Gröndal, near Liljeholmen, with good transport connections. The unit features active and close leadership, short decision-making paths, and colleagues who collaborate and share experiences.

About you

  • Registered nurse (required)
  • Experience working with patients with psychosis (required)
  • Good knowledge of neuropsychiatric conditions and experience working with patients (meritorious)
  • Confident and independent in your professional role
  • Professional and respectful attitude towards patients
  • Valid B driving license (meritorious)
  • Experience with TakeCare (required)

In patient-facing roles at WeMind, verification of professional licensure and a certificate of no criminal record are conducted prior to employment decisions, in accordance with current guidelines.
