You will join a technology-intensive and development-driven operation where modern development processes, high quality, and stable deliveries are a central part of everyday life. In this role, you will work closely with a development team on both new development and further development of applications in both existing and new environments.

Here you will combine practical development with responsibility for ensuring the entire chain works, from code and dependencies to build flows, releases, and improvements to CI/CD processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, testers, release managers, and other stakeholders to create efficient and sustainable ways of working. • You develop, maintain, and further develop applications in existing and new environments.
• You work with version control, code review, build flows, and release management.
• You participate in sprint planning and Big Room planning and contribute to realistic technical goals.
• You troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems related to code, build environments, dependencies, and deliveries.
• You ensure that the correct code, versions, and dependencies are included in the right delivery.
• You contribute to improvements in processes, tools, automation, and CI/CD flows.
• You collaborate closely with developers, testers, release managers, and other stakeholders.

• At least 3–8 years of full-time experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with Git and modern version control.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or a corresponding platform for backlog, pipelines, and releases.
• Experience with CI/CD, build flows, and automation.
• Experience with development in C#/.NET.
• Experience with mobile or app development, e.g., .NET MAUI.
• Experience with Kotlin or Kotlin Multiplatform/Native.
• Experience with troubleshooting build, dependency, and release issues.
• Experience working in agile teams according to Scrum, SAFe, or similar methods.
• Experience using modern AI tools as support in the development work.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).
