ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Infrastructure Technician, you will become an important part of Fagerhult's infrastructure and operations team, where the focus is on creating stability, supporting the business in daily operations, and driving improvement projects. You will be part of a team with eight friendly colleagues.

A couple of days a week, your daily routine will involve handling troubleshooting and complex issues escalated to second-line support. The rest of the time, you will focus on development projects, modernization, and future solutions within the IT environment related to the infrastructure area. You will also have ownership responsibility for various infrastructure services and platforms. You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners within operations, networking, and infrastructure, including areas such as cloud, firewalls, storage, and backup. In addition, you will play a key role in digitalization and integrations between different systems and platforms.

To fit the role, we also believe you have:

• Several years of experience in technical support
• Broad technical competence and understanding of the IT landscape as a whole
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud services, antivirus, and VMware
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
