• You develop and further develop frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• You build backend solutions and secure REST APIs in C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• You work with database design and the use of SQL and NoSQL for scalable web applications.
• You build, deploy, and improve scalable and complex web applications using CI/CD.
• You work in a DevOps flow with Git for code review and version control.
• You ensure that solutions meet requirements regarding accessibility, web standards, and WCAG.
• You take into account regulatory compliance requirements for web and apps within government and municipal operations.
• You contribute to the team by sharing knowledge and quickly getting up to speed in different technical contexts.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in JavaScript, C#, and/or Python.
• Documented experience in frontend development with various JavaScript frameworks and technologies, such as React and TypeScript.
• Documented experience in building backends and secure REST APIs in C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database design and usage for scalable web applications with SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience in building and deploying scalable and complex web applications using CI/CD.
• Proficiency in working with DevOps and Git for code review and version control.
• Understanding of and experience with the accessibility directive for web standards and WCAG guidelines.
• Understanding of and experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to web and apps within government and municipal operations.
• You build applications with a clear security focus.

• Experience working in a senior role as a tech lead and mentor for more junior developers.
• Experience with UX.
• Experience with React Native or development of native or cross-platform mobile apps.
• Experience with deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Client or requirements engineering skills, as well as documented work with development for municipalities, the state, or larger state-owned companies.
