About the RoleYou will step into an environment where the digitalization of the courts' core processes is high on the agenda. Here, you will strengthen automation and delivery flows for business-critical systems that must be robust, secure, and available. You will work closely with development teams that build and maintain central system support for goal and case management in an on-prem environment with high demands for stability, traceability, and quality.

You will have significant influence over how build, test, deployment, and monitoring work in practice, while also improving existing systems and delivery flows. Responsibilities- You design, build, and further develop CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins for build, test, and deployment.
- You package and deploy applications in Kubernetes using Helm.
- You develop and maintain backend-near services and components in Java.
- You work with container-based solutions and contribute to stable deliveries in Docker-based flows.
- You further develop dashboards for monitoring and surveillance in Grafana.
- You analyze operational disturbances and bottlenecks and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- You contribute to non-functional testing, such as load and performance tests, and drive improvements based on the results.
- You collaborate closely with development teams to shorten lead times and improve the quality of deliveries.
- Several years of documented experience in DevOps work and system development.
- Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes with Helm.
- Experience with container technology using Docker.
- Practical experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with monitoring and surveillance in Grafana.
- Experience with Linux environments and scripting, for example Bash or Python.
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
- You are communicative, responsible, and structured, with good problem-solving skills and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site based on the team's planning and needs.
- Experience with non-functional testing within load and performance, for example JMeter or k6.
- Experience with backend development in Java.
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Node.
- Experience with security aspects within DevOps, for example secrets management and container scanning.
- Experience with agile working methods.
- Experience with business-critical systems in complex organizations.
- Experience with systems with high demands on security, authorization, traceability, and availability.
