We are now looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer who wants to support our operations in Sweden and at the same time be part of our Nordic team.

About the role

As a Senior IT Operations Engineer, you work to support the technical infrastructure for our offices and production facilities in Sweden. You are responsible for advanced technical operations, including Windows server administration, advanced network management, and Tier 3 incident handling.

To ensure full operational continuity, the role combines strategic engineering work with a practical, operational approach, including tasks such as hardware and software installation and daily support.

This is a dynamic and business-critical role that suits a driven person who thrives on variety and uses both creativity and problem-solving skills to create a functional, stable, and efficient digital workplace.

Main responsibilities

• Infrastructure ownership: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and physical IT systems
• Escalation and troubleshooting at senior level: Act as the escalation point for complex issues related to IT systems, hardware, software, and permissions
• System administration: Manage cloud-based platforms for identity and digital workplace
• Monitoring: Work proactively with system monitoring to identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner
• Security and compliance: Ensure that all devices meet our security requirements and policies
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of infrastructure and support processes
• Travel: Although most tasks can be resolved remotely, some travel may be required to support our operations in Sweden. We value personal meetings and would like the team to meet in person on important occasions

About you

To succeed in the role, you have good collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach. You are skilled at identifying root causes of problems and contribute creative solutions. You communicate actively with the team to jointly create effective solutions that ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services.

• Experience: Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or system administration
• Networking: Strong practical experience in troubleshooting network equipment and connectivity issues in corporate environments
• Cloud services: Good knowledge of Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and their integrations
• Communication: Very good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English
